I started with a challenge membership and have been coming 5 days a week ever since. It’s a very comfortable, motivating atmosphere where everybody welcomes you – staff and members. I encourage any of my friends who are interested to give it a try, you won’t regret. No matter what fitness level you are starting from, or injury these guys can help.

The owner and coaches are awesome as are the other members, which is one of the many things that sets this place apart from any other gym I have ever been to. There is always someone there to support you, encourage you, and cheer you on. I’ve seen significant results and continue to enjoy each and every class.

When I first signed up for the six week challenge I was beyond nervous! This was stepping way out of my comfort zone! However, from the moment I walked in, this was it! This was “home”!
