Should You Workout If You’re Sick?
We all get sick. It is inevitable! At the same time, we are on this fitness journey and we are doing great and do not want to miss a day or be derailed because we are sick. We do not want to let this have us take a step back. But sometimes we need to listen to our body. It is ok to take a day off.
