Step-ups!

Today we are talking about stepups!  It’s easy to get relaxed with this movement, so we want to make sure you know the proper technique for step-ups and don’t use the bottom leg. We want to drive through our front leg, the one which is on the box. While keeping everything tight, keep the chest up, push through the middle of our foot and focus on the quad.

On the way down, lower yourself by controlling the movement and keeping the weight on your heel.
