Mobility and Stability Movements to Keep Your Shoulders Healthy
Our shoulders are the only joint in the body that require Mobility AND Stability which is why it is so commonly injured. At Elite we have a huge focus on keeping our members shoulders strong and mobile! We are constantly giving attention to the shoulder joint to help people feel/move better! Make sure to add these to your warm-ups/workouts to make sure your shoulders stay healthy! 1. Y’s + T’s x 10-20 reps each 2. Side Lying Windmills x 10/side 3. Lying Wall Slides x 10-15 reps 4. Scapular Push-ups x 10-15 reps Try these out and let us know how you feel!
