How To Take Advantage of “Brain Dumps”

Something everyone needs to take advantage of are “Brain Dumps”! What is a Brain Dump? When our brain starts to get cluttered with information to the point we start forgetting things, we need to get everything on our brain out and write it on a piece of paper. It usually starts out as a “To Do” list, then is followed by what you are feeling or causing you anxiety etc. This is a great way to destress and get everything off your mind and on paper. It also helps manage and organize yourself better and most importantly prioritize what you just released off your mind.
