How To Increase Confidence With Our Youth
Something that is very important within our youth is their confidence. In our case, strength training has impacted many of our youth athletes. Through strength training they have done things that are difficult to help them overcome adversity. Not just physically, but mentally as well by pushing themselves and their limits.
Whether they are coming back from injury or just doing it to become better personally, the fact that they know that they put in the work to reach their goals has helped them develop confidence in themsleves in knowing they are prepared for what they are going to compete in or what they are facing in other facets in life.
