How to Increase Speed
In this video, Coach John talks about the only ways to increase speed. Many believe that increasing speed involves performing foot work drills, or are shown fancy equipment and exercises making one believe this will make them faster.
Unfortunately, there are only two ways to increase speed. That is increasing stride length and increasing stride frequency. There are many strength exercises and drills which help you do this because it is getting you in the proper position to perform these movements.
