Get Started When You Decide
In this video, Coach John talks about a common question- when is the best time to start? The best time to start is when you decide to start. Many usually say, “Oh I’ll wait until Monday”. Usually this sets us up for failure. The moment you decide, you need to take action.
It doesn’t necessarily mean go to the gym! It starts with the first step. Start researching, start looking at gyms in the area to see who offers what you are looking for. Go for a walk. The most important thing is that you take the first step so you can build momentum.
