Food Quality and Quality Calories

We have all heard the news stories about people eating fast food and still losing weight.

Yes, the biggest problem people have with their nutrition is eating too many calories but what about the quality of those calories?

As we start our weekend, we all tend to go out and enjoy our weekend doing activities with the family. It is easy for us to slip and eat fast food.
We definitely need to focus on our caloric intake but the quality of the foods we eat determines how we feel!
