Explaining Our Athletic Performance Program
One aspect where our Elite Personal Fitness Coaches excel is in coaching our young athletes. We have coached athletes who compete at the middle school, high school, collegiate and professional levels.
With athlete coaching, one of, if not the, most important component of our athletic training program is our focus on strength. We do this by doing what is appropriate for the individual athletes strength level. Through our years of experience we have worked with athletes on improving running techniques, as well as improving their strength. One thing that has always stood out is that strength is essential to improve an athletes performance, make them run faster, jump higher and most importantly, improve the athlete’s confidence in their discipline. Improving running technique helps the athlete get faster by putting them in a better position to be successful. This combined approach of strenth and running technique helped their results go through the roof! We know this because we track the athletes progress with monthly assessments.
With our athletic program we help athletes get stronger. This, in turn builds confidence and help him or her to be more aggressive in their sport. This also helps to prevent injury and improve durability.
