The Difference Between Speed and Conditioning

Many people confuse the difference between speed and conditioning. People forget that speed requires maximal effort in short quick bursts which require longer periods of rest time. Whereas conditioning is building up our aerobic capacity by having shorter rest periods where working periods are anywhere between 15 to 45 seconds at a time.
